Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

In-Store Pickup

We accept in-store pickup at 85 Hester St, New York, NY. If you'd like to pick up your order, please do so within 30 days of purchase. Orders not picked up within that window may be placed back on the racks.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to the US and select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. To initiate a return, reach out to us at mat@freeagencynewyork.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a return label. After we receive the item, store credit will be issued.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
